• Account data: name, email address, password hash (stored by our authentication provider), profile details you choose to add, and role (guest, host, or admin).
• Booking data: events you book or host, party size, notes, timestamps of policy and waiver acceptance, payment status, and related support correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookies or similar technologies needed for security, sessions, and fraud prevention.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate the marketplace, authenticate users, and provide customer support;
• process bookings and payments, including refunds where applicable;
• share necessary guest details with the host for the specific experience you booked;
• enforce our terms, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• improve reliability and security of the Platform.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payments). Their processing is governed by their respective agreements and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, comply with law, and defend legal claims. Financial records may be retained longer where required for tax or regulatory purposes.
